How long have you been part of the Mad Men Marketing team?
I have been on the Mad Men team since 2015. Crazy to think that my friend (since 2nd grade) and I were celebrating our birthdays at Bonefish Grill in Jax Beach and struck up a conversation with three people with whom we shared the table…one being Mad Men’s previous Director of Accounts…and here I am today in that position.
What’s your favorite aspect about working here?
Definitely our team! We have had a mix of personalities and talents over the years. However, our current team is solid; a great blend of experience, creativity, and backgrounds. We have the work hard, play hard mentality.
Why should clients choose to work with Mad Men Marketing?
The creativity and experience of our team are awesome! We have people with varied backgrounds that all bring unique ideas to the table…and can execute them! We truly work as a team and collectively bring our best to the table for our clients.
You call yourself the den mother – please explain.
This was not a self-given title; rather, one day at work, PJ, a prior Mad Men team member, said “Molly, you are the Den Mom.” I will admit, I was initially offended but in a few moments, I thought about it and embraced it. At the time, I was the 3rd oldest in the office (cough, cough, now the oldest) and a mom to two energetic, okay sometimes goofy boys. To me it means that I am the office mom or matriarch…full of stories and hippy remedies for ailments, the one to ensure work gets done on time, balanced with fun and silliness.
